Job description
Operating self-propelled equipment that reaps, harvests, threshes, swathes, or winnows crops such as corn, wheat, milo; performing manual or mechanical adjustments to equipment; performing safety checks on equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment and other tools; transporting crops to elevators, silos, or other storage areas, and transporting equipment and other tools used for harvesting from one field to another. Work performed on farm locations controlled/operated by T Bar C Farms LLC may include: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops; attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor as well as strip-till, swather, baler and rake; till soil; plant and cultivate grain.
