Job description

All employees will be asked to perform general Agricultural duties which would include transplanting and weeding onions up to harvest. Employees will also prune and remove wood debris from pecan orchards. All employees would be involved with installing and extracting drip irrigation tape and pipe plumbing for drip irrigation on all onion fields. Lack Farm-grown onions will be packed in farm facility.
Field workers: Plant, weed, cultivate, fertilize, prune, harvest and clean pecans, onions, chile peppers, duram wheat, cotton, grain corn using 85 hp farm tractors, forklifts, and implements. Irrigators: operate and clean irrigation equipment.
