The fact of the matter is I am not needing the workers year around only employment {that} is tied to this certain time of year by an event of cattle working, this requires labor levels far above those necessary for ongoing
operation which is the dates requested we will get our cattle working done every year at the same time and labor levels increase due to more hands-on duties such as castrating, vaccinating, and branding. I need 10 workers to
help with these seasonal Duties cattle working include herding cattle to administer the required, feeding only in winter months (laying out supplements salt blocks), castrating, vaccinating, branding (to identify ownership and grade, using brands) weighing (on scales), catching and loading animals on truck, or enclosures, vaccination. Will be required to repair fence in order for task to be conducted. The need is only temporary due to the fact that we can only castrate our cattle once and only brand, vaccinate them once a year. The three months of the year I can care for the needs of the cattle they do not require me to do individual care. The workers are not caring for the year around needs simply the once-a year needs. I need workers to help with these extensive and vital tasks. It would be impossible to do all the duties without these workers. Workers will be required to maintain farm and ranch equipment which is all provided at no cost. Workers will be required to remove Sotol cactus due to cattle unable to digest. Workers maybe required to repair equipment, mechanical repairs or maintenance on equipment being used to conduct task . Maybe required to transport equipment from one location to the other. All though it may sound like a fast process it is time consuming and requires extra hands.
