Farm Equipment Operator

Job description

Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields during harvesting sugarcane, etc. Cleaning and minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, field sanitation duties, shovel work, drainage, and any general farm labor that may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. All work and safety rules must be followed.
