Job description
To operate farm equipment during field maintenance; planting of sugarcane by hand; operating farm equipment during harvesting of sugar cane; farm and field sanitation duties; operation and performing minor repairs and maintenance of farm vehicles and equipment; Able to work in hot, humid weather, bending and stooping to reach ground level crops and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
Special Requirements
The drug test required will be conducted after hired at the employers expense.
Workers will be asked to operate heavy equipment in the fields to perform their job.
Operating heavy equipment, under the influence of any drugs, may cause harm to the worker and/or anyone in the area.
