Seus Family Farms (also referred to herein as "Employer" or "Company") is headquartered in Tulelake, California (2284 County Road 100, Tulelake, CA, 96134). Phone: (530) 664-2761. The employer has designated this as the Application site.

Seus Family Farms in NOT a Farm Labor Contractor

Seus Family Farms seeks certification for 5 H-2A workers.

This job will not generally require the worker to be on-call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Primary duties included, but are not limited to:

Repair and maintain agricultural and farm equipment.
Operate farm machinery and setting in a field setting as needed, including but not limited to ground preparation, planting, tillage, harvest, and equipment moving activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and functional work area.
Identify required supplies/parts to fix and maintain agricultural equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Maintain, diagnose, and repair farm equipment, machinery, and vehicles.
Perform work both in a shop setting and in the field with a well-stocked service truck.
Respond quickly and navigate accurately to in-field repairs.

Plow
Disc
Chisel
Grain drill
Rototiller
Cultivator

Pipe trailers
Equipment movers
Land planes

Agricultural products:
Alfalfa
Horseradish
Onion
Garlic
Mint
Grains

The position qualifies as secondary agriculture because it is incident to and in conjunction with Seus Family Farm's farming operations.

Special Requirements

3 months of agricultural equipment operations and maintenance experience is required. Must be able to operate farm machinery in a field setting as needed, including but not limited to ground preparation, planting, tillage, harvest, and equipment moving activities. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently without assistance.
