Job description
Duties include operating farm machinery installed with GPS technology must have the experience and knowledge required to operate GPS and other systems in tractors and equipment. Perform farm activities of planting forge for the livestock such as corn for chopping and millet. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment to cut, rake and bale hay, straw, millet and ditch grasses. All bales will need to be relocated to the ranch for the winter food supply for the livestock. Experience with stock cows, helping with calving, and caring for newborns. Must know how to run feeding program and enter information data when working cattle, strong fencing background and operate tractors with towed feeder wagons with electronic scales.
Employees must have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking, drug use or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level is required.
Must have three months of tractor driving equipped with GPS. Must understand, operate and comprehend GPS and other technology systems installed in equipment including towed implements, feeder wagons, and operate computerized monitors.
