Job description
Duties include hand harvesting blueberry and blackberry. Other duties include machine harvesting, stacking and loading blueberries, grading, field packing, operating forklift and general farm labor such as, but not limited to, weeding, pruning, cleanup and performing maintenance on the farm. This will be done under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.

Special Requirements
Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by supervisors and practice safety in all aspects of work. The employer is a drug-free workplace and has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol in the workplace and in the employer-provided housing. Workers must be careful to handle tools, equipment and product in a manner to avoid injury or damage.
