Job description
Workers duties include but not limited to the following duties: managing and developing, breeding, raising, feeding habits, etc of Redfish and Hybrid Striped Bass, and other fish species, work in the labor and in the field raising and breeding fish, feed fish in ponds, harvest fish, help maintain the oxygen levels in the ponds by operating paddle wheels and performing minor repair and maintenance to equipment and vehicles, assist with the upkeep of the fish ponds and the grounds surrounding the fish ponds, feed and harvest shrimp, any general farm labor that may be associated with operating several fish and shrimp laboratories and ponds. Workers must not be afraid to work in and around water and the dangers that may entail such as; snakes, alligators, and other vermin that may be in and around fish and shrimp ponds. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required. Drug tests may be conducted post-hire at no cost to the workers for worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
