Job description

Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests, distributing Inn information and schedules, maintaining and tidying desk, office, and lobby areas, knowing the hotel grounds.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM-3:00PM, 12:00AM-7:00AM, and 3:00PM-10:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
