Job description
Set up kitchen and stock food items and other necessary supplies for food service. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, preparing sauces, etc. Assist in cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to follow recipes. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and that food is properly stored.
Special Requirements
Will accept 12 months related experience as Sous Chef, Line Cook, Prep Cook or related role.
Standing for prolonged periods and lifting may be required.
Note regarding F.a.5 A-H: work days and shifts will vary.
