None of the H2B workers will be required to use a front loader machine. This machine will be operated by a permanent employee wherever needed in the heavy-duty cleaning operations to assist the H2B workers in several areas. We define heavy-duty cleaning as any cleaning that is not sweeping or vacuuming light debris. Specifically, the H2B workers will shovel, sweep and throw debris onto the front loader bucket when cleaning outside areas which are the outside chip conveyors and the parking lot and surrounding parameter. This cleaning is required for the safety of employees and log trucks entering and exiting daily. The inside areas that required the H2B workers to shovel, sweep and throw debris onto the front loader bucket are underneath the debarker area which has elevated catwalks to be cleaned weekly, and the bag house area which is very dusty and dirty in order to avoid possible fires.

Please correct the statement regarding use of a front loader machine. The use of that machine should be deleted as a work duty.

Job duties include cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior grounds; Raking, picking up debris, mowing grass and weed removal; power washing the exterior of the building; Keeping the interior of the building in a clean and orderly condition including cleaning floors, removing garbage and performing routine maintenance activities; Heavy-duty cleaning outside and inside areas with, shovels, shop vacs, and power washer in all the machine stations and de-barker areas. Using a steam machine to clean machinery and equipment. Assist other workers with the maintenance of industrial machinery by holding and/or furnishing them with tools, materials, and supplies. Scrape and clean the glue station.
