Tower Climber Technician

Job description

Install antennas, radios, hybrid + coax cable, fiber, + other telecom equip on cell towers + rooftops, + install power + cable on cellular towers. Maintain antenna, radios, + cabling on cellular tower. Troubleshoot + repair cellular comm sys alarms + hardware failures. Change mounts + platforms on comm towers. Add support material + equip to enhance tower structures.

40-55 hrs/wk, Sunday-Saturday, rotating shifts between the hours of 8AM and 6PM, some holidays may be req’d.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb tower of 300 feet daily. May undergo standard post-hire/pre-employment background checks.
