Job description
Providing guests with excellent service in all games, attractions, retail, and food service areas. Required to operate a cash register in accordance with Six Flags cash handling policies. Required to interact with guests, team members, leads and supervisors on a daily basis. Will ensure image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards are met. Fill condiment dispensers, refill soda machine syrups, timely prepare sandwiches, maintain regular and prompt attendance, be positive, in uniform and on time for each scheduled shift. Operate non-mechanical and non-motorized games and attractions. Operate, drive, or explain the use of mechanical riding devices or other automatic equipment in amusement parks, carnivals, or recreation areas. Taking tickets, checking passes and checking heights of guests. Duties include filling condiment dispensers, refilling soda machine syrups, timely preparation of food served to customers, maintaining regular and prompt attendance, being positive, in uniform and on time for each scheduled shift. They will be cooking, deep frying and serving fast food items: fruit, vegetables, hamburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken strips, French fries, onion rings, funnel cakes, dispensing soft serve and scooping hard packed ice cream. All other cold foods that they will prepare are listed above in the job description. They may be cutting and plating the food for Guests. Sandwiches are being prepared by hand with meat, bread and condiments. Ice creams are being prepared by scooping them out of the case or from the soft serve machine. Assist with prep for the day, prep and cut condiments, unpack items from freezer; prepare various food items; clean up cooking equipment at end of the shift.
Special Requirements
Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed.
Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience.
First 3 weeks of employment will include 35+ hours per week of paid on the job training.
Employer will assist workers in locating or securing housing upon request, but employer will not provide or pay for housing.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Employer is offering up to 30 hours of overtime per week, as needed, but not guaranteed.
