Job description
General farm labor, including, but not limited to: Hoeing weeds; tractor driving; planting transplants; vineyard maintenance; and watermelon, cotton, and grape harvesting. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Must be able to operate tractors and farm implements; impact wrench and hand tools, including pruning sheers and weed hoe. Must have or be able to obtain driver's license.
