Line Cook

Job description

The line cook will be cooking in one of restaurants on our site and using a Grille, fryer, knives, and a pizza oven and be in charge of grilling burgers, halibut, and salmon, frying fries, sweet potatoes, cleaning the line area, prepping for next day, making salads and prepping and making pizzas.

Previous line cook experience required. Work independently to cook for a quick service restaurant. Fry grille experience needed as you will run a station independently without direction following recipes. Standing inside/outside for long hours required in different weather conditions. Walking in uneven terrain as well.

BUSINESS OPERATIONAL HOURS ARE FROM 6AM TO 10PM. DAILY WORK HOURS RANGE FROM A MINIMUM OF 8 HOURS UP TO 16 HOURS. ALL TIME AFTER 40 HOURS WILL BE PAID TIME AND A HALF. OPTIONAL HOUSING IS PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER FOR A FEE OF $200 PER MONTH. TWO WORKERS PER ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOMS (FEMALE LOCKER AND MALE LOCKER) AND SHARED KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM WITH INTERNET.
