Job description

Roofing Foreman are responsible for customer communication, paperwork, and daily scheduling of the roof projects. Additionally, they are responsible for removing old roofing systems and installing new ones and cover roof of structure with shingles, slate, asphalt, wood, or related materials. These workers climb ladders, lift, and transport roofing materials, and handle the flashing of roofing penetrations. They make use of basic tools like tape measures, hammers, screwdrivers, cordless screw guns, TPO/PVC heat welders, and wrenches. The role calls for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable using the necessary tools to complete roofing tasks.

Special Requirements

- Ability to use hand or power tools.
- Six (6) months of roofing or related experience required.
- Employees are subject to employer-paid pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug test.
- Background checks may be required if required by construction contractor.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb ladders of 25 feet.
