Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), edger, trimmer, backpack blower, wheel barrel, shovel, rake, broom, ladder, and chain saw. Workers typically perform tasks, which may include any combination of the following: irrigation maintenance and installation, sod laying, planting plants and trees, mowing, trimming, watering. Tools & eqpt provided at no charge. 40 hours per week, work will generally be performed Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Weekends may be required depending on weather. OT may be available but is not guaranteed.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work weekends when required due to weather.
