Job description
The Landscape Laborer will perform the following tasks on a daily basis: landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers will install shrubs and mulch, and typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking.
Work will generally be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, however, Saturdays may be required based on weather conditions. Overtime may be available, but is not guaranteed.
***If needed, employer intends to assist foreign and non-local U.S. workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift weights of 8 - 25 pounds on a regular basis, up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis. Willing to work Saturdays when necessary, depending on the weather.
