WASH, PEEL, CUTS & CLEANS VEGETABLES, MEATS, POULTRY. MAKES SANDWICHES. CLEAN WORK AREAS. WASHES AND CLEANS POTS, PANS, SILVERWARE, PLATES BY HAND AND MACHINE. TAKES OUT GARBAGE TO DUMPSTERS. KEEP KITCHEN AREAS CLEAN AND SANITIZED. TEMPORARY FULL TIME EMPOYMENT. 4/1/24-11/20/24. DAYS VARY MONDAY-SUNDAY. 40 HOURS/WEEK. MAY GET UP TO 10 HOURS/WEEK OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE. RATE OF PAY IS $13.36+ TIPS. OVERTIME RATE IS $20.04. ROTATING SHIFTS 6AM-11PM. OPTIONAL HOUSING INCLUDING UTILITIES IS AVAILABLE FOR $75.00/WEEK AND DEDUCTED ON A BI-WEEKLY PAY PERIOD AT $150.00. WORKERS PAID BI-WEEKLY ON MONDAY.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will use a single workweek to compute wages. Bonuses may be given at end of contract based on performance.
The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistence is $15.46per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $59per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.
