Job description
Responsible for the administration of guest services, registration of hotel guests, assign rooms, make reservations, phone answering, greet, daily hosting, monitor complimentary services, coordinate guest services, answer inquires, process guest payments, give directions, keep related computer records, prepare for basic food service, such as setting up continental breakfast or coffee and tea supplies, pour coffee and greet guests at our morning breakfast or receptions for bus and tour groups.
Special Requirements
The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business at the resort but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, weekend work may be required, approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime.
