Job description
Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants, preparing hot and cold breakfast items, setting up, completing mise-en place (meaning organizing and arranging the cooking ingredients), maintaining and breaking down cook station, cleaning and sanitizing work area and equipment, and assisting in storing food deliveries. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm; or 1:00pm - 9:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine dining or high-volume environment at a high-end resort or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
