Job description

Perform cleaning duties such as clean guest rooms, condos, cottages, villas including dusting sweeping, moping & vacuuming. Make beds & replenish linens. Clean bathroom, kitchen and wash dishes.
• Min 35hrs/wk, 9a-4p & 3p-10p, scheduled shift workdays vary. Monday through Sunday.
• 1 month experience is required.
• Minimum starting wage $15.52/HR. OT rate is $23.28/hr. for hours worked over 40/hrs per week.
• Must be available to work weekends & holidays.
• Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free.
• Optional shared housing subject to availability at $120/wk-$135/wk & will be payroll deducted bi-weekly or direct deposit directly to landlord plus all deductions required by law. $100 refundable security deposit may be required for optional housing.
• Daily transportation to/from work is provided free of charge from optional employee housing.
• No on-the-job training is provided.
• No education is required.
• Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week.
• Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), upon departure.
• Pay bi-weekly.
• Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
