Job description
At the direction of the Kitchen Manager, wash, peel, cut vegetables and meats for cooking and consumption. Prepare salsas and other sauces. Season and cook Mexican dishes including meats, rice, soups, stews, vegetables, or desserts in kitchen. Plate, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons. Keep kitchen area clean and sanitary according to food safety requirements. Assist chef with other food preparation and cooking duties as assigned.
Special Requirements
Must have the ability to work rotating shifts and stand on feet for extended periods of time.
Hourly Work Schedule as 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M, Overtime hours and
additional shifts are available but not guaranteed.
