Job description
Responsible for preparing and cooking orders for daily operations in accordance with standard recipes, portion and quality standards; butchering fish and/or meats; prepare sauces and stocks; and maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area, including
cleaning assigned kitchen station area at the end of shift. Must be able to stand/walk/climb up to 6-8 hours per day; Communicate in and read recipes in English and lift, push and pull up to a maximum of 50lbs.

Six Months experience in job or a related position required. No training required. Will Train.
35 hrs./wk., shifts vary between 6am - 4pm, 1pm - 10pm, 2pm - 10pm and days vary including weekends and holidays, $15.88 - $17.00/hour based on merit and experience, OT possible at $23.82 - $25.50/hr.
