Job description

• Outside ground maintenance including mowing, mulching, brush clearing, pruning, raking, and planting landscape materials. Operate power equipment. Some heavy lifting required.
• Min 35hrs/wk, 6.30a-9p, Split/Rotating shifts. Monday through Saturday and an occasional Sunday. Scheduled shift hours and workdays may vary.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• One (1) month experience required.
• Offered wage is $21.78/hr. OT may be available but not guaranteed at $32.67/hr over 40hrs/wk.
• Pay weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
• Daily transportation to/from work is not provided.
• No education is required.
• On-the-job training is not provided.
• OSHA 10 training may be provided if not at the cost to the company.
• Bonus’ may be given on a performance/production basis but is not guaranteed.
• Tools & required equipment are provided free.
• Optional housing subject to availability $200-$225/week.
• All deductions required by law will deducted weekly.
• Visa & related fees will be reimbursed within the first work week.
• Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period.
• If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $15.46/day and max $59/day), upon departure.
