Job description
Workers will be required to prune, weed, hoe, irrigate, fertilize, harvest and field pack and any general labor that may be required in the operation of a blueberry farm. Other duties include but not limited to: field sanitation, keeping shop and house yards clean and free of debris, clean and sanitize all tools, buckets, etc to work and harvest the crop. Workers may be drug tested post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidlines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described. Workers must follow all safety and work rules.
