Job description
Food & Beverage Attendants will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, mixing and serving alcoholic drinks, cleaning and clearing tables, providing excellent customer services, delivering checks and collecting payments, cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff, and adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 5:00pm, 12:00pm – 7:00pm, or 3:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine dining or high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club.
