Job description
Install and maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in the Spring. Dig trenches using shovels and power equipment up to 8" wide & 18" deep for sprinklers systems. Repair and replace irrigation heads and irrigation lines to prevent water waste. Program, adjust, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation controllers throughout the growing season. Use irrigation methods to test, inspect, and adjust equipment for malfunction or defects on the amount of water consumption and to prevent waste. Operate vehicles to and at worksites.
Special Requirements
Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-Accident Drug Testing, Able to lift 50lbs, Must be able to obtain a driver's license, Observes all common safety practices, M-F, Overtime Varies, 40 hour workweek, Rotating schedule, Schedule varies, Saturdays as needed.
