Job description

F&B Front of House Supervisor. Cote Family Companies Inc. d/b/a Grand View Lodge, Spa & Golf Resort (Nisswa, MN). 4 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 04/01/2024 – 10/31/2024. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 3pm-11pm. (5 rotating days including weekends).

Duties: Set up for events, follow event timelines, interact and communicates with culinary team. Monitor staff, assigning responsibilities, helping create schedules, oversee staff performance. Able to manage time, meet deadlines, work flexible hours. Supervise 5 to 10 F&B staff.

1 year related experience required. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for 6-9 hours at a time, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds without assistance. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
