Housekeeper

Job description

Duties may include: Use various disinfectants and cleaning agents to clean and sanitize various areas around property’s clubhouse, lake house, outpost-fitness center, hunt club, residential homes, halls, locker rooms, comfort stations and other work areas so that health standards are met. Wipe down surfaces, windows, tables, bathrooms. Clean rugs, carpets, and floors using mops, vacuum cleaners and shampooers, empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal area. Replenish toiletries, amenities, towels and other supplies. Report inventory to manager, as needed. Sort linens, load washing machines, and fold dried items. Carry linens, towels, cleaning materials, vacuums, brooms, mops and carpet cleaners using wheeled carts. Replace bedding in rentals or homes & other related Housekeeper activities as per SOC/OES 37-2012 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Multiple possible shifts: 6:00AM-2:00PM or 12:00PM-8:00PM. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).

Special Requirements

Must be 18 due to state labor laws. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Hours may fluctuate based on tourism peaks and valleys throughout the season (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
