Job description

Butlers will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, responding to guest requests for information or needed room services or amenities, cleaning and maintaining all rooms, cottages, and suites at the Resort’s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, sorting clothing and other articles, loading washing machines, and ironing and folding dried items, inspecting rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are being met, delivering messages and room service orders to guest rooms and cottages, and replenishing food and beverage amenities.

Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm, 11:00am – 6:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest-service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
