Job description

Duties include residential home cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms; Office cleaning: vacuum, bathroom cleaning, dusting of office furniture and equipment. Applicants must be able to lift 30lbs. Restock bottles with chemicals and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Will provide transportation to/from the various job sites in Chatham, Harwich, Orleans and Brewster, MA to/from the main office at 2435 Main Street, S. Chatham. Workers will be transported from one site to another several times per day in a company vehicle by the team supervisor. $18.71/hour, 35 hrs/wk.
Overtime may be possible, but it is not guaranteed. Overtime will be paid at $28.06 per hour.
Dates of employment from 04/01/2024 to 09/30/2024. Workers will work 5 shifts per week, Monday through Saturday on a rotating basis, generally within 7am to 5 pm, but hours may vary. Average hours per week:35-40

Housing will be provided at $155-$180 per week. Rent will not be deducted from employees' paychecks, but will be payable to the landlord directly.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of $59 p/day with receipts.
Workers will be provided with the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform their duties at no charge.
