Job description
Prepare Food as order by guest. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and standard presentation of all items and restaurant recipes (Mexican and American Dishes). Plan and prepare adequate quantities of food items for later service (i. prep work) Clean kitchen as required, communication with servers to ensure correct preparation of orders. In the performance of respective task and duties all employees are expected to perform quality work with deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, guest and suppliers.Work effectively as a team and contribute on all assignments. Workk independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organization. Follow all rules, policies and safety guidelines for assigned tasks. Perform any additional task as required.
Special Requirements
12 months experience in cooking Mexican / American Cuisine.
