Job description

Drives and operates farm machinery installed with GPS to perform farm activities of plant cultivating and harvesting of crops such as wheat and corn. Once crops are harvested they will be hauled to storage on the farm or local elevators. All commodities hauled will be the property of the employer. There will be no commercial hauling done. The workers will need to be able to load and unload trucks using augers and moving them from bin to bin. They will need to keep the loading area clean and free of debris including snow removal. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be a team player when needed.
Employees must have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in equipment, housing, vehicles, or grounds.
No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level is required.
Must be familiar with operating skid steer, augers, and loading and unloading trucks.
Must have three months of tractor driving with towed implements and operate GPS computerized monitors.
