Job description
Prepare and cook dishes such as meats, seafood, soups, desserts to ensure high quality of service for customers in restaurant setting. Maintain kitchen area and equipment clean. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and follow food storage procedures. Possible O/T 0-5 hr wk.
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence expenses $15.46 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Three-fourths guarantee: the worker will be employed for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is 120 or more days, or each 6-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is less than 120 days.
