Job description

Duties may include: Load dishes, glasses and tableware into dishwashing machine, clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils and silverware, scrape leftovers from dishes into garbage containers, remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers, assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks, as needed, wash peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables to prepare for cook, receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas, carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas, store food in designated containers and storage areas & other related Food Preparation Worker activities as per SOC/OES 35-2021 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Multiple possible shifts: 7:00AM-3:00PM or 2:00PM-10:00PM. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).

Special Requirements

Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 65lbs (possible 2-person). All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Hours may fluctuate based on tourism peaks and valleys throughout the season (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.
