Job description
General landscaping and tree care maintenance. Use hand and/or power tools or equipment, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. Work from the ground level only to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws. Perform final site cleanup which may include picking up and chipping limbs, raking and blowing leaves, disposing, mulching, or clearing tree debris, splitting firewood, and laying topsoil and seed over disturbed areas of turf. Ensure that work area beneath and around the trees is clear and property marked to ensure safety of public. Keep equipment well cleaned and maintained for proper operation.
Special Requirements
Schedule and hours may vary. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Random and post-accident drug testing required at employer's expense for all workers for safety of workers and clients.
