Job description
Stewards/Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, polishing silver, maintaining equipment and work areas in kitchen and employee dining room in clean condition, stocking kitchen supplies and food items/condiments for restaurant and employee café, sweeping and mopping kitchen and cafe floors, sorting and removing trash, and assisting with the washing, peeling, and cutting of vegetables.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am to 1:30pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club.
