Heavy Equipment Operator

Job description

Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, graders, front-end loaders, pile drivers, concrete pavers, cranes, bulldozers, shovels, and draglines, in order to accomplish difficult or highly complex construction tasks. Load and unload equipment from transport vehicles. Conduct routine inspection of construction equipment to identify needed maintenance or repairs. Monitor gauges and other indicators to ensure safe operation. Perform or request necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment. Assist with repairs as needed. Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines, and codes. Maintain records of time worked and materials used.

Will work shifts of 6:00am-6:00pm or 7:00am - 7:00pm.

Special Requirements

Drivers license in 30-days. Clean driving record required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
