Job description

Perform Duties such as drive and operate tractors with towed implements for planting crops such as corn and millet to feed livestock. Workers will operate tractors to cut, rake and bale alfalfa, sudan grass, and millet for winter feed for the livestock herd. All bales will need to be transported back for winter storage on the farm. Minor repairs and daily checking of fluids, hoses, lubrication of equipment, tires and fuel levels need to be done on all equipment used. Maintenance will need to be done on all buildings, structures and grounds. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be a team player when needed.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls of the operation only.
NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, fields or housing units.
Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and strong fencing skills.
