Grain Silo Construction Laborer

Job description

Load in and load out parts & supplies. Use hand and power tools in the construction of Grain Silos for farm use on location. Clean and prepare sites, dig, erect silos, clean up rubble, debris and other materials. Involves bending, stooping, lifting, stretching, walking, standing and repetitive movements on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often work in extreme weather. Transportation provided to jobsite from central location in Clyde, NY. Possibility of performance based raise. Work vehicles may be available for hire on weekends for personal transportation needs.

Overtime: Employer will pay employees 1.5 times their regular rate of pay for all work over 40 hours in a week.
