Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop production season of wheat, beans and sugarbeets. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Sugarbeet production planting happens the last week of April and many people are necessary to plant and harvest sugarbeets in October after which employees will clean and put away equipment in early November. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, seed drills, operate other farm equipment, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

***Please note for 2025 and all future years we will need our employees in April to cover our entire season starting with field prep and planting.

Special Requirements

Must have a regular driver's license. Require 1 month farm experience.
