Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop productions season of wheat, beans, soybeans and canola. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, operate other farm equipment, attach equipment extensions or accessories, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Employees will need to mow ditches, wash equipment and complete general farm duties. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

***Please note for 2025 and all future years we will need our employees in April to cover our entire season starting with field prep and planting.

Special Requirements

Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements. Must have a regular driver's license. Require 1 month farm experience.
