Job description
We farm various crops, these include wheat, hay, oats, flax flowers and peas. Employees will assist with planting, spraying, fertilizing, and operating a combine, tractor and various tillage equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting of these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
Special Requirements
Employees will be required to lift seed bags and load planters and seed drills with a minimum requirement of 75 pounds. Moderate cell phone use will be allowed for business purposes only. A valid drivers license will be required once employee arrive on the farm.
