Agri Equipment Operator

Job description

Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, and harvesting row crops; transporting crops from field to storage facilities; walking fields pulling off type wees; harvesting, processing, drying, and transporting row crop grains; assisting with the installation, maintenance, and operation of irrigation systems; driving pickup to obtain parts and supplies; daily repairs and maintenance to equipment, machinery, and buildings. May have to work nights, possibly weekends. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath; cleaning and maintaining worksite and equipment; Must be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30 days following hire. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Once hired worker may be required to take drug test. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
