Farm Laborer

Job description

Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible downtimes. Workers will pick blueberries that are dry and according to color, ripeness and firmness. Workers will pick, pack, prune, cultivate blueberries. Workers may lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Workers may also perform general labor farm work such as weeding, pruning, digging, raking, cleaning, watering, and other farm related jobs.

Special Requirements

The employer will only conduct a drug test only if the worker (employee) is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
