- Proficiency in maintenance and service of diesel/gasoline engines.
- Knowledge of parts and components used in diesel/gasoline engines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Ability to diagnose and find faults.
- Have initiative to be able to work with a variety of motor vehicles.
- Ability to drive and resolve problems with agricultural vehicles or equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in groups.
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
