Job description

Loading and unloading dish machine with plates, bowls, pots and pans, glassware and flatware. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition, sweep or scrub floors.

Special Requirements

The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off with 2 shifts available, one from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be required.
