Job description
Bus drivers/supervisors will pick up workers, take them to worksite, supervise workers, and
drive them back to their housing. They are required to live in the housing provided by employer
and take workers once a week to the bank, Walmart and to the laundry mat. Must have or be
able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random
drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. Any crew leader (farm labor contractor)
employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor
Certificate of Registration and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal
Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are
responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or
omissions of the crew leader.
"Due to weather and crop conditions, the employer reserves the right to temporarily increase the listed piece rates. The employer also reserves the right to completely do away with the piece rate all together to ensure a quality product and fair earnings, with proper notifications to workers on any changes to piece rates. Workers being paid by piece rate will make at least the AEWR for each hour worked."

The decision to pay above the stated rates will be made by the employer, at their sole discretion, and will be based on factors including the recipients’ performance and tenure including working team leaders, and drivers."
